A: Try UNSPLASH.com which offers free images by skilled photographers. There are also several stock image websites such as Adobe Stock, BIGSTOCK, Dreamstime, etc. who have a large selection of professional-grade digital photos of just about anything available for purchase.
Q: What if I am not happy with the print? How does your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee work?
A: If you encounter any problem with the printing or if damage occurred during shipping, we will cover return shipping and reprint your canvas print for you. Easy as that!
Q: Do you offer canvas sizes any bigger or smaller than the options on your website?
A: Sure, contact us at info@greatplainscanvasprinting.ca for further information on additional sizes available.
Q: Will some of my photo be lost due to the frame wrapping?
A: Not in most cases. When plenty of space is available, we will wrap using the original image, however if this is not desired, or if space is not available, we are able to add natural looking mirrored edges so none of the original image is lost to the edge wrapping.
Q: Can I email an order?
A: You can email us your photo (and details) if you prefer (info@greatplainscanvasprinting.ca). Online payment will be required through an e-transfer or alternate link.
Q: What size image file is required to make the best possible canvas print?
A: While we are able to print images of all sizes, typically a file size of 5 MB or greater is best for producing a high-quality print.
Q: What is the maximum file size you can accept through your website?
A: Contact us if you have a file larger than 64Mb.
Hanging/Mounting
Q: Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?
A: Because canvas is a natural product that will shrink and swell due to significant changes in temperature or humidity, it should not be hung in a bathroom or directly over a heat source.
Q: Are there any special mounting instructions I should follow when hanging my piece?
A: All framed prints come ready-to-hang out of the box. All you need is a hook/nail in the wall.
Q: How do I clean/maintain my canvas?
A: The best way to clean the canvas is with a soft duster. You can also use a damp cloth on the face of the canvas.

A: It depends on your location but it usually takes 1-2 business days for production and 5-7 business days for standard shipping.
